What is Impact Attendant?
The Impact Attendant CTI application is a powerful communications tool that runs on your PC and interacts with your phone system through a LAN or serial connection. It lets the person answering your phone control all aspects of communications with ease and professionalism, all from a personal computer.

Your operator and an Impact Attendant-powered PC make a powerful team to route incoming calls, track down staff, and initiate conference calls - all while conveying warmth and a smile, along with an air of professional confidence. This gives your attendant the control, flexibility, and tools to best represent your company to the world.

Empower Your Attendant
Through the familiar Windows® interface, your attendant can:
• answer the telephone, transfer calls, and conference callers with the simple click of a mouse or by using intuitive hot keys

• at a glance determine who is currently on the phone, the length of calls in progress, and more

• send a message to a PC or pager to alert someone on the phone to an important announcement, an upcoming meeting, or of another caller

• pop-up a message on a fellow employees PC

• generate detailed reports of attendant activity based on hourly, daily, or life-of-product use

Simple Installation
Impact Attendant software runs on Windows XP, 2000, NT, 98, or 95 ® and connects to a Comdial phone system through your LAN or a serial connection. No extra hardware is needed for your PC.

This software integrates seamlessly with Comdial's FX II and DXP business phone systems and can also be used with a variety of manufacturers TAPI-compliant digital communications systems. Call Comdial for a complete list of approved systems and supported features.

• CT Server
• Windows® 95 or Windows® NT operating system
• NetBIOS,TCP/IP,or IPX/SPX
• 25-pin-to-modular serial connector
• Serial link to the FX,DXP Plus,or DXP System
• Network Interface Card
• Pentium PC with at least 16MB RAM (64MB RAM with Windows NT)

System Requirements
• FX II- Software release 13C or higher Available serial link
